Joann Tell is an abstract artist whose art works have been exhibited in Montgomery College as well as been published in their Sligo Journal. Currently one of her paintings is in the collection at Montgomery college community college Rockville campus. Joann's black and white self portrait was also selected and exhibited in the juried exhibit held by the UDC art program 'Self Portraits: Reflections in 2017'more
