JoAnne Rumple has been indulging her passion for art since retiring from U.S. Air Force civil service in 2012. Primarily self-taught, she’s inspired by the romance of nature seen in her decades of travel around various parts of the U.S., Great Britain and Asia. She moved to North Carolina in 2018, enabling her to explore a whole new, green environment closer to the water she finds so fascinating.
