Hello Art Lovers, my name is JOE KOPLER and I'm a Freelance Artist from Connecticut that Specializes in SCULPTED PAINTING. It is a method that I discovered quite by accident in January of 2006, and I haven't stopped creating since. I use WOOD as my working surface, NOT Canvas. First I sketch out my subject in pencil first, then sculpt a section at a time building up layers as needed. Once dry, I then coat the piece with White Acrylic Primer.
