Joél M. Pérez – I Born 1954 in Puerto Rico, lived,educated, and practiced in New York City; currently a resident of South Florida. Studied Art and Design at Pratt Institute, and business at New York Technical Institute, in Brooklyn, New York. I practiced architectural and interior design at a number of prestigious design firms; while, simultaneously, fueling my creative drive through the development Fine Art, as exhibited in my gallery.
