ab 1985 Einzelausstellungen und Beteiligungen u.a. in Rosenheim, Muenchen, Rott a. Inn, Kunstverein Rosenheim und Haus der Kunst Muenchen
ab 1990 Abkehr von der gegenstaendlichen Malerei bis zur vollkommenen Abstraktion
ab 2000 wieder Rueckkehr zur gegenstaendlichen Malerei, zahlreiche, hauptsaechlich Landschaftsaquarelle in spaetimpressionistischem Stile entstehen.
Born 1961 in Rosenheim. I live and work in the south of Germany, in Bavaria.
It's the bavarian homeland with it's wonderful landscape, with mountains and lakes which brought me very early to landscape painting. In the beginning of the 80's I started the first trial paintings with oil colors. Later I took lessons at different local artists. There I got to know and to love watercolor. From this time I focused myself on painting with watercolors and hundreds of paintings came into existence in this time. The painting is always spontaneous, free up to abstract.
But the landscape painting can never completely rid of me. At the beginning of the new century I addict myself again more and more the representational painting. In the internet I got to know the workings of many excellent artists, mostly from America, Australia, but also from european countries.
