I am a self-taught digital artist. I also am a graduate of the Applied Photography course at the New England School of Photography and am an alumnus of Massachusetts College of Art. My kaleidoscopes can also be seen on YouTube in videos set to original music here: www.youtube.com/user/leopardjoy I've been a music and art promoter on YouTube for over seven years.

I think my love of the mandalas, kaleidoscopes, and symmetrical digital drawings comes from this thing I have about having things at right angles and 'even out' all the time. I'm a Virgo too, so it's a two-pronged blessing/curse.

I'm kind of a geek as far as computers go, so I really enjoy being able to create on the computer and come up with what I feel are quite beautiful symmetrical works. As I work with the mandalas and kaleidoscopes, I never know exactly what the end product will look like...so it's always a surprise!

I also digitally restore vintage posters, WPA works, botanical plates, and ads that are in the Public Domain. These works of old are so beautiful, it's sad to see the last available copy in such bad shape. I love fixing up these old battered prints I find online, especially the old movie posters. Giclee prints (not originals) are offered here at Fine Art America. And we now have pillows, duvet covers, phone cases, with other products coming soon on the Pixels.com arm of Fine Art America. The vintage ads, movie posters, movie stills and others are great conversation pieces to have in one's home.

My mandalas and kaleidoscopic works are suitable for meditation and also as a colorful addition to any living or work space. I'm open to discussing custom-made mandalas and kaleidoscopes for your personal space, so just email me through the email link if you have questions. I hope you enjoy your stay here and can easily envision how my artwork can add a vibrant, colorful spot to your home and life.
