I was born and raised on a tobacco farm close to Tillsonburg, Ontario. When I wasn't working hard in the fields or doing something else outdoors, I was inside doing something artistic. And even though I’ve always excelled in the arts throughout school, I chose the path of agriculture and went to the University of Guelph to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography as well as a diploma in agriculture.
