Creativity, emotion and risk are the driving forces of my art. I am inspired by both the ups and downs of life and the struggles of humanity. Even the cloudiest moments can encourage me to paint with bright colors, of course, hoping to offset some of the grey. A true indulgence of happiness and bliss is what I like to think can be extracted in just a moment of enjoying a piece of art. Sometimes a BANG of bliss happens and one finds the urge to own a piece of art, for the sake of that moment, to enjoy the place it takes them, mind and soul. I am encouraged to find the opportunity to share my art through the print process available online.
This is suppose to be a bio, I will be brief and informative: small town girl, redhead, raised in Texas, moved to Houston as a young adult, worked in the corporate world for 20 years. I swim, I walk, I run, I cook, I clean, I garden, I play electric bass, I teach electric bass, I paint, I love, I give and I share…..all with joy in my heart!
Thank you for viewing my art and learning a little something about me.
