Marina was raised in the Southend-on-Sea, Essex area of England, relocating to Vancouver for 8 years before moving to Kelowna in 2003.   She sketched and painted (watercolor) during her youth, but did not devote her attention to soft pastels until taking up painting again after a few years hiatus.   Marina's work exhibits her fascination with light and how it can be portrayed using different mediums.   All images are the original works of Marina Garrison and are copyright © Marina Garrison.   All rights reserved.
