Michael started his artistic endeavors at the young age of 60. He started by making wooden signs from repurposed wood. He has since developed the skill to include making tables and cabinets. He always attempts to make 'one off pieces' unless someone would like to have a replica. He says 'In reality all handmade wooden projects are unique. Each piece of wood has it's own character even from the same tree'.Michael's painting and photography skills have been developing at a slower pace than his woodworking but enjoys the creative aspects just as much. more
