Thank you for visiting my portfolio and for your interest in my photographic art. From youth to the present, I have always been fascinated and many times awestruck by the beauty and wonderment of nature. Some things may appear simplistic others quite complicated but usually they are always intriguing. Each time I meander through the forest or the swamp or hike in the mountains or stroll along an isolated beach I am always amazed at the things I haven’t seen before, no matter how many times I have previously been at that place. First and foremost my goal is to share my view of this wonderful natural world around us by the photographs I have presented in my portfolio. I look for images and/or scenes to capture in a specific moment in time that will hopefully provoke a positive response or emotion in the observer, such as, a simple smile, feelings of warmth or soothing, thoughts of beauty and wonder, acknowledgement of the simplistic splendor, uplifting and inspirational thoughts and feelings, and just plain awe at the magnificence’s and grandeur of the natural world.
