Michelle received a BFA in drawing from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York and then headed to California. Among her many occupations, she worked as a scenic painter in the entertainment and trade industries,designed furniture and created a line of playhouses. Today she combines her love of portraiture and animals by creating uniquely individual pastel pet portraits expressed in her bold, graphic style.
