I grew up in a small town, on the northeast side of Romania. I had a happy childhood in my grandparents' house, close to the forest and cherry orchards. My parents, math teachers, taught me what they knew better, mathematics. For more than half of my life, I've been teaching math, and I like to think that I made a difference in my students' and colleagues' life.
