I was very encouraged to develop my eye for photography from a young age. My dad printed an enlarged picture I took of the sunrise on the east coast when I was a teenager. He said, 'we absolutely have to blow this one up.' I still have it. I was the shutterbug of the family and took pictures of any and everything constantly.
