Free Style Chinese Painting
One of the unique features of Ming’s painting is in the concept of negative space. The flora and fauna express the creation of symmetry and asymmetry in nature. She uses just two unique Chinese bamboo paintbrushes, ink, and four colours : crimson lake, gamboges, indigo and vermillion. Just a few colors and things are the main ones for her topic. Her work blends together two very different cultures in a way that viewers could experience it simultaneously.
