Miriam has had a lifetime interest in the arts and works in watercolor, acrylic, pastel and collage. Finding stimulation in exploring new materials and techniques, she has studied under such note instructors as Don Andrews, Mary Alice Braukman, Marilyn H. Phillis, Mary T. Beam, Polly Hammett and Susan Ogilvie. Ms. Pinkerton's work has appeared in exhibitions, galleries, public and private collections.
