Nanette Carton is a native Floridian born in 1977. As a self-taught artist, she is inspired by nature, mystic and historical places. Her subjects vary from local scenes, flowers and wildlife to spiritual sites and fantasy worlds. Using bright, dramatic colors has become a signature for Nanette’s unique style. She renders mostly on canvas but also paints on river rocks, wood furniture and has painted wall murals.
