I was born in Seattle and raised Bothell. From 1970 until 2010 I lived in Rockford, Michigan, a small, quaint tourist town on the Rogue River near Grand Rapids, very near the Big Lake. I retired from my career as a high school art teacher and was able to realize a long-time dream of relocating to Whidbey Island, Washington.
