Pamela J Driscoll is inspired by the beauty found 'between the hills' of the Blue Ridge and Short Hill Mountain ranges not far from Harper's Ferry West Virginia. Pamela's artwork is in many private collections, and she is a member of Oil Painters of America. Her quest for creating and enthusiasm for nature keeps her busy in the studio as well as outdoors.
