Parrish Nelson Hirasaki is a Signature Member of the National Society of Artists, a Patron Member of the Portrait Society of America and a former board member of the National Watercolor Society. In addition to portrait commissions in oil and watercolor, her art includes award-winning seascapes and architectural paintings in both oil and watercolor.
From her experience as an engineer and corporate executive in energy and aerospace, Parrish authored a business book illustrating it with the cartoons now on her greeting cards. She also illustrated a book and CD set, �Octavia�s New Red Shoes� written by children's book author Debra Kimbrough.
