Parrothead Island Art gallery is located in the woods just off the Texas Gulf Coast. It is housed inside my dad's huge, old, abandoned welding shop where I continue to work and create in the same space he, my forever hero, worked all my childhood. I paint on canvas with fine oils, sculpt coastal birds from Bondo (used to repair wrecked car bodies), teach and paint watercolor, created funk-art furniture pieces from repurposed pieces of furniture using oil painted murals, sculpted creatures attached to each piece and bright colored glass.
