Philippe Dubois (born in Lobbes on 4 November 1958) is a Belgian painter. He signs his work under the pseudonym PHEBUS. He started painting at the age of 30. In October 1989 he exposed his first paintings in the National Saloon of the SNCB, the Belgian railway company, where he won the first price of the public with a marine (sailboat).
