Art from and Inspired by the book Dreams of the Immortal City Savannah
"Dreams of the Immortal City Savannah" (Cyberwit Publishing) is a memoir by the author of "The River of Winged Dreams" and "Encyclopedia of the Harlem Renaissance." In addition to nonfiction stories about navigating the historic demographic changes in his hometown of Savannah, Georgia (USA), the volume contains reproduced black and white versions of artwork currently available for sale on Fine Art America/Pixels.com. The images in this gallery include original editions of the works featured in the book as well as new canvases, including collectible quotation posters, inspired by it. The cover art utilizes the full original color version of the work titled "Owens-Thomas House In Savannah, Georgia" while a B&W reproduction is employed at the beginning of the title chapter.
