Local Artists Help Set The Stage Dec 28 2012 While at the 30A Songwriters Festival, you can always expect to hear beautiful music, but did you know you can also SEE beautiful art created by local artists specifically for the Festival? Huge original works help set the stage for songwriters to play their own original work and showcase the amazing artistic talent that lives and works in Walton County. Over the past three years, art has been created by Raquel Morgan (pictured), Billie Gaffrey, Bailey Miller, Justin Lyons, Folk Artist Alan Moore, Henry Nooe, Bryan Hand, Mallory Page, Russell Beans, along with former South Walton Artists of the Year Michael McCarty, Justin Gaffrey, Allison Wickey and 2013 Artist of the Year Andy Saczinsky. 30A Songwriters Festival -- January 15th - 17th, 2010 Santa Rosa Beach, Fl Racquel's artwork was recently featured as a backdrop for the artists performing at the 30A Songwriters Festival in Florida. Several other artists also contributed their artistic interpretations in the same format. Each banner was located at a different venue where the songwriters were performing. Racquel's backdrop was featured at Fish Out of Water in Watercolor.
