Ever since I can remember, I’ve had paint under my fingernails or the telltale lefty smudge on the side of my hand. I graduated with an art degree from Northwestern University where I studied painting with renown Chicago Imagist, Ed Paschke. After 20 years as a professional graphic designer and design educator, I decided to go back to my roots and get my hands dirty again. I work primarily in water-based paints (acrylic, watercolor and gouache). My art has been featured in Hopeful Publishing’s Your Emotional Wisdom and The Story of You.
