I have always loved photography since I was a little girl. The first camera I ever owned was when I was about 13 and it was a film SLR. My father had told me it was important to understand how everything worked before letting the camera do it all for me. It was a lesson I never forgot and for which I am eternally grateful. Taking pictures has always been just a hobby, but over the years many people have complimented me or asked for prints so I thought it was time to give it a try.more
