Who is Roumenka Chapkanova or Rumi Chap? A Bulgarian chemistry teacher, born on September 29th, 1948, in Sofia, Bulgaria, who joined the St.Croix Central High school team in 2006. Before she cam to USVI, she had been working for 25 years in Sofia Univeristy, Faculty of Chemistry . She loves travelling and getting to know different cultures.
