I have been an artist since I could hold a pencil. My fondest memories are of my Grandmother and I going to painting classes when I was just 10 yrs old. I love to paint and draw, and spend time with my animals and nature. I now work as a graphic artist and do a lot of craft work on wood. I still love to draw and paint and will be doing more in the future.
My work is usually expressionistic in nature, sometimes borders on fantasy. Nothing is usually as it seems and my favorite work plays games with imagination and perception. I like to use the information I see to show the underlying feeling of what I am drawing, so even the realistic looking work has a emotional feel to it.
It is my belief that art is a direct line to ourselves. We can connect thru it and everyone is better for having that connection. It is a non threatening way to meet and get to know each other. I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoy making it. It is my hope and intention that we connect thru the art.
