I have been an artist since I could hold a pencil. My fondest memories are of my Grandmother and I going to painting classes when I was just 10 yrs old. I love to paint and draw, and spend time with my animals and nature. I have been in love with scratchboard for the last couple of years and mostly doing that and work on clayboard. I love the look and feel of the medium and have enjoyed doing animals and nature the most.
My work is usually expressionistic in nature, sometimes borders on fantasy, always expressive, so even the realistic looking work has a emotional feel to it.
It is my belief that art is a direct line to ourselves. We can connect thru it and everyone is better for having that connection. It is a non threatening way to meet and get to know each other. I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoy making it. It is my hope and intention that we connect thru the art.

University of IL. at Edwardsvill... worked on graduate degree for 2 yrs in printmaking
Keiser College / Sarasota, FL... recieved an AS degree in Computer Aided Graphic Design
