Shelley Gorny Schoenherr is an award winning artist living with her family in Michigan. Of her many recent awards, she has been listed as one of the top 100 pastellists in Pastel Journal's prestigious 'Pastel 100', and she is featured in the publication 'Strokes of Genius, THE BEST OF DRAWING 3', honoring the state of drawing today. Also featured in the hardbound publication, 'ART JOURNEY ABSTRACT PAINTING, a Celebration of Contemporary Art'. She earned a Masters Degree in Fine Art - Drawing and Painting, and has pursued a lifelong involvement in art. Her works are represented in numerous private and public collections. Representing a broad spectrum of subject matter, her primary choices of medium are pastel, oil and oil pastel. The work displayed here, with Fine Art America, represents giclees in her Santa Claus Series and Animal Series.
