I started my hobby with the urging from a friend whose dad worked for Life Magazine. My first camera was an Argus c3 early model with the Weston film speed reminder on the back cover. The camera was a 35mm film with a 50mm Argus Cintar Lens f/3.5. It was 100% manual mode. I used the Sekonic light meter that came with it but after a few months I just guessed the settings.
