Steve Hammer is a public school teacher with a love for the outdoors. On his time off, he can often be found exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains searching for new photographic opportunities. His specialty is landscape and nature photography. He enjoys shooting between dusk and dawn in the mountains or along the coast, while the splashes of color that occur in fall and spring make this his favorite times of year to shoot.
