I am a sixth-generation Californian, and have been on a conscious spiritual path since 1974, when I received Shaktipat from Baba Muktananda, the Siddha Yoga Guru. Since then, I have practiced meditation, chanting mantras in Sanskrit, hatha yoga, and selfless service with my meditation group. I have been an artist all my life.
