I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. In 1985, my husband and I moved to rural Michigan where I developed an interest in nature photography. My photographs have been displayed in juried exhibitions, published in newspapers and magazines, and my picture of a red-legged locust appears in Grzimek's Animal Life Encyclopedia.In 2003 the first groundhog, named Wilhelmina, arrived on our property.
