visual artist, curator, writer and poet.
Lives and works in Finland.
Graduated 2002 as a painter from Pekka Halosen akatemia Finland.
Member of the Finnish Painters' Union.
Working in the field of modern painting and contemporary visual art.
Collaborations with other artists and diverse curatorial projects.
Works are mainly abstract, colouristic acrylic paintings.
Solo and co-exhibitions since 1998.

I am a painter.
I started painting 1996.
I like square bases and paint mainly with acrylic colors.
Since 2002 I measure my paintings by the 4-sided -rule.
I paint each work stage by stage for several years - not as a rule.
I like to juxtapose subtly toned, plain color fields with sharp contrasts.
I flicker and shift.
I paint several works at the same time.
Old layers must show and colours be bright.
Like the light.
