Vitor Fernandes, artistically known as VIFER, was born in Foz do Douro - Porto - Portugal
After finishing his studies in Angola, he started there his professional life. Regarding the cinema he did some representations in amateur films, and also had some experience as a director. Later he painted posters presenting artists in Cabarets.
