The See|Me Gallery, on New York's Long Island has invited Kentucky Landscape photographer, Mr. Wayne Stacy, who is also a travel writer for Kyforward Magazine to participate in their international exhibit "Story of the Creative". The exhibit runs from July 25th, 2013 to September 10th, 2013 in their gallery located at 26-19 Jackson Ave, Long Island City, NY. See|Me boasts an online artist community that numbers more than 600,000 members. The physical gallery represents clients from all across the art community, all across the world, and is owned by several New York City artists. Less than 1% of the gallery's represented artists were invited to participate in the exhibit. ANNOUNCEMENT: Frankfort, Kentucky Photographer Collaborates With Maker's Mark! Mr. Wayne Stacy owner of photographic-magic photography has been commissioned as one of Eight artists to provide work to be on permanent display in the newly built 'Large Tasting Room' on the grounds of the Maker's Mark Distillery, in Loretto, Kentucky. This new work will be nearly 3 feet wide and 6 feet tall; it will comprise three works into one cohesive installation, and will be used to depict the milling process of Maker's Mark Bourbon to the thousands of visitors who come to tour the Maker's Mark Distillery each year. The installation is scheduled for completion in early September of 2012. When asked about the work to be installed he says "Well it was a very hard perspective to get my head around when I was given this part of the process to depict...I mean it isn't the 'sexiest' part of the process...

Frankfort native, and fine art photographer Wayne Stacy has again been honored with recognition of his work. Mr. Stacy was one of the juried artists to be selected by the Kentucky Art Council to participate in the Kentucky Governor’s “Derby Day Celebration”. Mr. Stacy’s work “Old Frankfort’s Amber Hue” will be on display along with works from other Kentucky artists in the Capitol Rotunda from April 24th to May 16th 2012. Mr. Stacy was also juried to present three works in the “Movements” exhibit at the famed Tuska Museum in Lexington, Kentucky. The three works “Rising From Whiskey Creek”, “Cumberland Under The Stars”, and “Blast Shield” have already won awards prior to being selected for this prestigious event. The “Movements” exhibit will be on display from April 19th to May 16th 2012. Mr. Stacy will have a mini-show on display later this year at Capital Cellars wine bar...
