Sometimes you may even have to wait longer than this, sorry

Gin and tight collar is the explanation Boris gave for his dark colouring

Joy McKenzie

There are three schools of thought. One is that dada/dadaism is just a nonsensical word. Another is that it comes from Romanian artists Tzara and Janco's frequent use of the word 'da da' which is yes in Romanian. And finally, some say it comes from a group meeting of dadaists who threw a knife at a French-German dictionary and it landed on the word 'dada', which means hobbyhorse in French :) I think this is how some bands got their names too.

NEXT QUESTION

In photography, when would be the ONLY time you need a "property release"? (There is no such thing but when would it be more feasible)?

SOURCE AND ARTICLE http://www.danheller.com/biz-trademarks

E B Schmidt

When the property has something such as a registered trademark visible on it.

EDIT: Thus making the owner of the property clearly visible... therefore needing the release. Owner could be a person or a corporation. (Source: American Society of Media Photographers)

Mick Donnelly

When's the only time you need something that doesn't exist? now that's a tough question. Thankfully the answer's inferred in the first paragraph of the linked article, which states that such a contrivance would be required if an implied association is present between a context ['publisher', in the article] and an image of an object. Since objects are--objects and don't have rights, the source of the paradox is apparent. That's my answer anyway, I'm hoping, with a certain expectation that hope will be fulfilled, that it's wrong cos I really can't be bothered to read that source further than the first paragraph.

Joy McKenzie

If the photo of the copyrighted or trademarked property implies an association or advocacy of whoever puts the photo into use, and could harm or otherwise misrepresent the owner of the property....then one would need a 'property release'.

Abbie Shores

GRANADA The Alhambra, a Moorish citadel and palace, is in Granada. It is the most renowned building of the Andalusian Islamic historical legacy with its many cultural attractions that make Granada a popular destination among the touristic cities of Spain. The Almohad influence on architecture is preserved in the area of the city called the Albaicín with its fine examples of Moorish and Morisco construction. Granada is also well-known within Spain for the prestigious University of Granada which has about 80,000 students spread over five different campuses in the city. The pomegranate (in Spanish, granada) is the heraldic device of Granada.
