Emails From Potential Buyers

I recently received an email from a buyer interested in one of my original paintings.
I replied asap with all the infos she requested, but I never received an email back.
What I think is the my email was put into her spam folder, as I was not in her address book. Is there a way to warn potential buyers to check their spam folders? Otherwise we miss sales......

I suspect people might miss replies if we don't change the original subject line from FAA email from visitor and whatever it defaults to to Your inquiry about buying xxxx artwork.

I think the only way to warn about the spam filter is to put a note in your profile which someone looking to purchase an original might actually read.

it depends on what they asked - it could have been a scammer sending it to you, and the reply could be in your spam box. usually if they send it by mail - you are now connecting with that person by mail, so it shouldn't be filtered out.

however if they signed up for an account and sent you mail in the FAA box, they may not be getting the mail that way, which is what happened with me last week. i never heard from her again.
