Paypal

I have two paypal accounts. Fine art sent an amount to the paypal account I have in Spain, and I don't know why. I need this amount in my USA paypal. I sent two emails to support fine art america and I don't have any email from Fine Art America. Do you have any idea what can I do? How does it effect in IRS terms? Can I have this money in my bank in Spain ? Im feeling lost. I want my money in my bank here in USA...

Are you certain you have the correct email for your IS account entered on here where it asks for that?

Could FAA talk to Paypal and resend the amount to the other paypal account ?

Couldn't you send it from one account to the other using the Send Money to Family or Friends feature? No fee.

Can't you transfer it to your bank? I hope now you changed the PayPal account here. FAA won't talk to PayPal since that was your mistake.

BTW I was charged 25 cents to transfer money to my bank account today. The time it takes to transfer is only 20 minutes now which is good, but the only other option to get it to your bank is to send a check which is what they are calling the standard option.

There is no charge to transfer money to your bank account unless your bank charges a free for that.

How could FAA possibly send money to a PayPal account unless you gave them the email address?

PayPal will not in a million years let FAA or any third party transfer money from on account to another. They give you all the tools you need to do it yourself.

Bradford, as I read that the other day it was to have it transferred in ~half an hour rather then the usual 3 biz days, but I could be mistaken.

Hello

We made payment to Paypal and that payment was accepted.

You will need to contact Paypal to work out where your money is or log in there to transfer it. Transaction ID is REMOVED FOR SECURITY and it was paid to REMOVED FOR SECURITY

If this is not the email you wish future payments to go to, please change it now in your Payment Information area

I changed my email address. I contacted to Paypal. There's no problem about the money. It was my mistake using another email address...That`s it. Thanks.
