Changing Text Color In Descriptions

Hello there,

I wanted to change text color and use bold type in my descriptions. I found the code ( etc.) but it does not seem to work. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just simple text in descriptions?

Most likely HTML is turned off in descriptions so you don't accidentally mess up the site.

they turned off all the html stuff due to hackers finding things. like in the about section, can't even make a new paragraph.
