Automatic Renewal

A month or so ago, I received a message that I was renewed on FAA. Yet, I checked the account and it said it expires April 2018. Something is wrong. I also wanted to take off automatic renewal but cant find that option. Please help.

Far as I know, you can't take off the auto renewal. Do you want to close your account?

Linda, some people had the date of renewal changed very recently. It had to do with peoples who's credit cards expired and they forgot to change them here on FAA. I don't know if that's the case with you?

You will have to ask Abbie to cancel your renewal for you.

If you just wish to close a premium account, let us know on the day you wish it closed. (that should be 24 hours before it is due at least)

That will leave the free account.

It is due 04/24/2018

i just want my date fixed. my invoice still says 5-18-18 - which is totally wrong. since it should be 2017 (since it was the last invoice), and it should be june. and i wrote to tech support and got no response.

Seems to me that this is not a good way to run a business - there should be a box that you check, or something, that lets you either have automatic renewal or not. Oh, I understand the auto renewal - but it's amazing that other businesses send you an email or a notice that it's near time to renew.
