Tardigrades Aka Water Bears Have Crash-landed On The Moon
On a prophetic note: Back in 2015, early stages of learning 3D digital modeling -- I wound up creating this scenario I titled 'In A Beginning', featuring my impression of a trio of Tardigrades. Water Bears. Moss Piglets.
A billion years from now, when tardigrades have evolved and developed super-luminal travel and colonized the solar system, they will have a long established religion that revolves around their creation myth and how they were sent from a great, warm, wet place by a God named NASA, to begin a new life. Their temples will feature large statues of something like us and sacred texts telling how we sent them to the moon and then polluted ourselves out of existence. They will be all that's left of us.
Carmen, why am I not surprised you would find your topic interesting? Lol
Here is my first ever attempt at making a microscopic video with improvised equipment and not a clue, titled "Aliens Amongst Us" I use a tripod withmy canon 1322mm zoom lens over a student science microscope.
"Never heard of them before... Not sure if that's a good or bad thing yet" - It's mostly inconsequential. You will probably NEVER see a tardigrade anywhere other than this forum. You won't get sick OR rich because they're in your life.
If we find alien life in the Solar System, most likely on Europa, Enceladus or Titan, tardigrades, or something like them, are much more possible than humanoid life-forms, which are just science fiction.
