Upgrade Membership Page Not Working

Is anyone else having trouble with the "Upgrade membership" submission not working. I've been trying for over a week to upgrade my membership and it will not accept my info. I have tried several computers, browsers and credit cards. The site just kicks me off once I hit submit....
I have opened a ticket with support but thought I'd see if anyone else was having the same issues.

Same here, Jody. I had been trying to upgrade to premium for 2 years but all my cards were being rejected.
All of a sudden - without doing anything on my end - the card was accepted.

Now I am trying to update the details of my new card but I get the message "CREDIT CARD failed authorization".
Same with all my cards.
I contacted the correspondent banks and made sure there are no issues with my cards.

Sadly, I suppose I will lose my premium account on the automatic renewal day.

P.S. All the details are correctly written.
I type everything anew
I do not use a prepaid card
The account balance of my cards is a lot more than adequate

Unfortunately it's working. So this may be something to do with the card, or input

Thanks Faye- I understand your frustration. Wow- 2 years.
And yes, Abbie, I understand your statement, but I am a computer technician as well as a photographer- I can't see what I can possibly be doing wrong. and with three different cards and several different computers and my phone...I still can't get the submit button. I will just keep trying and perhaps in 2 years it will work.

Have you tried different browsers? Cleared your cache?

Thank Jessica- yes cleared cache and tried different browsers. Even tried it on my ipad, my cell phone and two other computers I have in the house. Called my CC company and they say no attempts have been made or denied. Plus I use these cards a lot online to shop. It's very odd.

Just tried again today-different response than last week or even yesterday.
Once I fill all the boxes and hit Submit- it just brings me right back to the upgrade membership page with nothing filled in and no error message.
Same response on 2 computers (google chrome and firefox).
Perhaps I can hook up an old windows 7 machine and try it there. LOL
