Anyone Else Not Able To Upload To Shopify Anymore?

Hello. I've been using Pixels with Shopify for over a year with minimal issues. Over the last couple of weeks, I am not able to add any more items from newly uploaded paintings. I have the options to do so on each of the newly uploaded paintings, and when I click to add anything, it starts to look like it's going to upload to the store, but then it goes back to 0 products uploaded. Is anyone else having trouble adding new products into their Shopify stores lately? Thank you.

Hmmm, I use the app and have really not uploaded anything new in a few weeks. I will try soon and post the results.

Trisha, I just uploaded six items with no issues. Maybe you can clear your cache.

This can happen when you've reached the threshold of variables. They then limit you per day.

Otherwise, remove the app and re-install it. Everything will still be there.

Thank you for your reply. I uninstalled the app from Shopify then reinstalled it, but I got the same results. :( I do have a lot of items in my Shopify store so maybe they are limiting me on their end. I'll see if I can find out from their side. Have a great day.
