I picked up a legless chair. Fame becomes me.

Mike Savad

of course it wasn't so much of a chair as it was a single leg. but you could still sit on it if you wanted to. not comfortably.

Well, I guess just saying that it is a comment.

I mean it is a comment but not a comment. Not a real comment.

It is a non-comment. Basically saying I have no comment.

Maybe I can become famous for using the most words to say nothing.

Perhaps it is a bit like Noah's Ark.

Fame don't pay the bills. I'd rather have sales. Now if a comment here will bring me 'soaring sales' then here is my comment. And fingers are crossed. 🤞

Lies? I've found them very exciting, not like boring old truth...
Believe you me !!

I can already feel myself becoming famous and rich. Well, that was easy. Thank you, Robert!

I've had fame but it's so fleeting... it's still there but not like it was or maybe it will come back?
If it does come for a visit I hope it brings friends with it... :-)

I don't want to comment.

Oh wait . . .

Joy McKenzie

Well here's my comment. It isn't much of a comment, but a comment nonetheless. So there you have it (points to comment).

I would never want fame, notoriety or all that, but sales yes!

Good luck with your 7000+ goal.

More interesting is how long it will take to reach?

Is notoriety fame? I have at times been locally notorious. Doesn't being famous mean loads of people you have never met hate you? Ah well people who have met me hate me so whats a few more?

Chuck De La Rosa

Be careful what you wish for.

Remember what Andy Warhol said about fame...

I would actually hate to be famous. People tend to feel like they own you if you're famous. No thanks.

Lies probably do attract replies but to really get replies pouring in, I think you need some controversy.

Angelo Marcialis

I am nowhere man, sitting in my nowhere land....and I don't want any company. Money on the other hand, can be handy in nowhere land. Hand it over, please. Wait - you didn't mention money, just fame. Never mind.

Andrew Pacheco

I'm only in it for the money, but I figure some of that will come along with the fame.

I'm not surprised that this thread got 33 replies in under 24 hours, and, as of this writing, it is still the top thread, after the top stickies. (^_^)

With such a response, I am well on my way to worldwide recognition.

To all those who chose to say that they had no comment, thanks. That was in the true spirit of this topic, because sometimes saying that you will say nothing can make you famous ... for saying nothing.

I can neither confirm nor deny that I have made any sort of useful contribution to the discussion forum with this topic.

Diane D,

How could it possibly NOT work? I have put a great deal of thought into this. The only reason I can think of why it might not work is because the cuteness factor is lacking, and here's what I mean:

Hi everyone. Funny stuff here :)

Mario Carta

Robert he is looking beautiful!

My phone has not stopped ringing since I posted here, but it's just those spammers trying to enroll me for insurance. :-)

Chuck De La Rosa

Robert your puppy is right. Just record him doing something funny and post it on Instagram. He'll become famous and you won't.

Robert Kernodle

Yes, Mario, the phone calls from Ghana, China and Chile are surely picking up.

... along with emails from people like Mr. Butama, Rhal Sharika, and presumably actual females addressing me with "honey", "sweetie", or "babe".

It's starting to work! (^_^) ... I knew I was onto something big.

I hear that Mike Savad has had to hire an elite, private security firm to keep the pavarazzi at bay.

Back in the late 1990s, a homeless woman spun a tale to me - and it was a tale - in a supermarket parking lot. I guess I was taken by her earnestness and gave her a large denomination bill. In her surprise, as she walked away, she said to me "May you be repaid 100 times over." That evening I was looking through the newspaper and saw an ad for a ridiculously low loan rate on a 5 year mortgage. We were in a position to take advantage of the loan, refinanced our home, and I probably saved nearly 500 times over what I gave her.

So when I read your post above, I thought to myself "You never know... these things happen."

And that's my comment.

Greetings Robert, my input even though I have achieved personal fame....since I noticed your discussion, back in my mind your discussion reminded me of a discussion many, many historic site years ago....the site link provided below it may well had been one of the longest open photo post discussions in the days., The last post wins a million votes. OMG I laughed so hard out loud at everyone's opened discussions, no wonder with the hundreds of daily discussions the site server kept pace, thanks for the new site improvements...

I came to the conclusion so many artist and photographers have achieved personal fame at one point in there lifetimes without making it official in a forum, It did make me feel those members who do take part in discussions and may refrain those are the members staying on top of their objective here at Fine Art America/Pixels marketing and making sales. For those who have taken part in discussions do you look at past discussions in retrospect and reflect upon.

I will not dare disclose how many past discussions I opened, but for sure others within this discussion have be me beat, smiling. I then thought does any member remember the member who popped in, popped out his/her discussions The Dadda, or was it Datta sure brought those who do not even take part in discussions curious perhaps to take part. This is where I am thanking everyone's truly, the one and only Abbie particularly what she has done over the years to have law and order (in context) or some type of site normalcy, as the expression is used, it was even a TV series....lol, lol,

And looking at discussion years back which appear on watched discussions tab, many, many, many years back, discussions opened by members just as discussions posted even back then, "My Images Do Not Appear In Google Search" I stopped counting, I am trying to refrain my lol, lol, lol,

What has amazed me other than the Fine Art America/Pixels community members masterful, superior works of art and photography was the knowledge they all have shared with us all.. myself and including on line site community friendships made over the years......

My new avatar thought provoking as well as a new bio explanation directed to a potential customer, visitor and Fine Art America/Pixel members.....
.
I believe this is a contender for a long running image post discussion?
