Some of my images are simply the wrong proportions for certain products. I want the products for other images. I thought that I could just remove the markup on certain images for certain products. However, I got error messages.

Also, when I use the custom image adjustment, the move image icon does not ever work. The image remains off center. I cannot reposition it.

Hello

If you choose not to sell something, leave the space for markup totally blank. Not even a space.

You cannot choose between canvas, metal, acrylic, framed or paper prints etc. Only the products or all the prints

Search pages (such as particular product searches) take 24 hours after the prices added to be shown

Use DEFAULT SETTINGS to change pricing for future images
Use BULK IMAGE EDIT for existing images or
EDIT IMAGE for singles

The slider depends on the dimensions of your image. Wrong dimensions won't move

Templates are for creating sized images to fit on the products
If your images do not work well as-is when you load them, you can create customised images ready to add to the work

1. Create the customised image in your editor
2. Upload or edit your main print image
3. Scroll down to the product areas
4. See Customise and Image
5. Click image to load your customised image shaped for the product
6. SUBMIT

you shouldn't have to worry about the fit on most of these things. just slide it up and down and see where the image might look best.

what was the error message? as long as the box is blank, then its not for sale any more. but if you should ever want to increase prices for those things in the future, all those boxes will be filled back in again.

I make no special adjustments what so ever on any of the products and I manage to sell a dozen or so every month, sometimes more.

I used to spend the time setting the sizes on the cards, phone covers, etc, etc. What I found was that in 89-90 % of the sales of those items, the buyers did their own adjustments and they were totally different than the ones I had chosen.

Since October 1, I have sold a total of 21 products including phone covers, duvets, pouches, mugs, note cards, and several different other items.

The buyers seem to be able to figure out what they want and most of the time it does not agree with what I would have chosen.

Not suggesting you do what I do, I am just sharing that bit of trivia.

I think I mentioned before that your images on Yoga mats have too much of a border on many of them. You can go back and reposition them.

Jessica Jenney, I cannot reposition them. The icon that denotes "move" (the little sort of x) does not move the image into a new position for me. The only thing I have been able to do is to change the image size.

you hold your mouse over the image and just drag the image where you want it. we don't have move tools.

but its a sliding method, other sites that i can't mention here, has a joystick for precise positioning. i don't remember that here. do wish we could move things up and down on duvet's. my pano's look dumb on those. rather have it at the top or bottom or both as a stripe. but if i recall its stuck there.

You can make the image on a Yoga Mat into a vertical or a horizontal. It looks like some of your images on the mats should be vertical rather than horizontal. Of course that will crop much of your image.

Jessica Jenney

This mat should be in a vertical format like the image itself.

Mike, I understand. But it does not work. I do my own photo work, so I know how to use the tool. It just does not respond.

Thanks,
J S

The Yoga mats should default in the proper format, without having to do anything. Are you uploading a separate image for Yoga mats? You don't need to. Some of your mats are in the proper format without any borders.

No, Jessica. I am just adjusting the size, but then I am unable to slide it into the center of the mat. The slide tool does nothing. I understand how to use it. I use it in other applications all the time, but it will not move the image.

You shouldn't have to adjust the size of the image on Yoga Mats! When you upload an image the Yoga Mats are in the correct size by default.

All you might need to do is center them by placing your cursor over the mat on the edit page and dragging the image to the center..
