Check your slides to make sure you have an image there. I see one of your slides is gray. When I click on that gray slide an image comes up. You should put in a destination URL of where you want the slide to go to.
Yeah it’s weird because I uploaded files for the slide and applied the changes before I logged it.
Did this a few times because it works for awhile and the out of nowhere, the slide is blank. When I log back in, the images in the slide (for desktop & mobile) aren’t there and I have to start the process all over again.
It’s as if my the uploaded images are being saved or something.
"Yeah it’s weird because I uploaded files for the slide and applied the changes before I logged it." How did you do that without being logged in? Why would you want a slide to go to only one image? I mean why limit yourself to one when it can point to a collection instead?
Your desktop slide should be 2000 x 800 pixels and you also need a slide for mobile version preferably a square image
Feeling pretty dense. Cannot figure out how to make slides mobile responsive. Square format did nothing. Still way off kilter. Must confess I did not dig through all the old messages that may have explained how to set up for mobile. Shouldn't there be a way to position images and text/buttons?
Thanks, Jessica. I did try square format artwork with their template, and I tried several different dimensions. Artwork still way off to the right of screen and cut off. I don't see where/how to swap out FAA template for custom slide. I'd much prefer my own if I could understand how to get rid of theirs.
