Art Print Sent Rolled Vs Flat

Is there a way to specify that I would like my artwork sent flat. There was a crease in the roll and this is my first order to see how I like the product. thanks! I searched the forums and didn't see anything about this.

The only way I can think of is to order it with a mount.

That's unfortunate, Siri - I have ordered several things - all rolled - and they were fine. Maybe you can ask for a replacement?

Not trying to change the topic but something I am wondering as it is similar - is there also a way for customers to order a print without the white border? I've had buyers messaging me asking, and I tell them I don't think so..

Chance tell them the best way to display a print is with a border and matting to keep the print off the glass. Over time the print can stick to the glass without being properly mounted and can ruin the print they paid good money for. Sell them on it being important and maybe they will upgrade to it being framed and matted.

Shipping flat raising the shipping costs significantly. Shipping rates are determined by weight and size.

Flat also requires significant bracing to prevent bending (i.e more weight, more packing material, larger size). Shipping tubes, on the other hand, are lightweight, small and the circular shape is strong.

Simply contact customer service for a replacement (take a photo of the problem).

White borders can easily be cut with a straight edge and Exacto knife. It's a lot harder to try to add a border later.

It's really not that hard to uncurl a rolled print.

For years I printed my own. I purchased paper in 100-foot rolls.

Uncurling it before printing was easy-peasy.

There is support and methods all over the internet and youtube.

As for your creased print, contact customer service. They will handle it.
