Custom Domain Name & Ssl Certificate

I have read through some of the discussion items/comments about the custom domain name and lack of SSL on the individual site since I redirected my custom domain and access is currently being blocked using FireFox and others due to lack of SSL. I am confused to say the least. Question: Can I buy an SSL for my own domain (that isn't hosted currently, just want to use my own name)? But they said I would have to put code onto the host site - I assume I can't add the needed code to AWS? Or can I find cheap hosting for my domain name to which I could apply the SSL info? Or does that not solve the issue. I could forward instead of re-direct but it isn't clear that I could link individual photos on various social media sites, right?

I have read that there is a workaround with CloudFlare but they have a pretty bad rap for allowing artist piracy, so not feeling that.

Insert small picture with my brains blown out.....

no you cannot use your own SSL certificate

Unfortunately we cannot make your domain secure. Pixels is secure.

However, using my personal tutorial will show a way to make things secure for you https://ourartsmagazine.com/ssl-domains-on-pixels-com

If you follow the directions there one line at a time it will create a secure site for you

You can get more help here https://pixels.com/showmessages.php?messageid=4635623

Cloudflare have nothing to do with images on this site
