I have just gone through your orders and all looked right. However, after a bit of digging, I see what the issue is and this is both artist issue and ours.
The artist had uploaded the image rotated, on its side.
We showed the righted image. However the image we print is always the full res image the artists loads
So although you were seeing the perfect image, that is not what we saw. We see the horizontal image instead so that is what is printed, and would be again if purchased.
We are informing the artist to load a correctly rotated work.
I do not truthfully understand how this happened as we always make artists rotate before loading. I am refunding you in full now
